These terms govern the use of CheckBusiness — a web tool that runs ABC, XYZ and combined ABC/XYZ analyses on a spreadsheet you provide. They apply to everyone: businesses and private individuals alike.
Two things are worth reading even if you skip the rest: the analysis runs inside your browser, and you can get your money back within a fixed window without having to explain why.
The service is provided by Aliaksandr Zhyburtovich, działalność gospodarcza, ul. Szosa Chełmińska, nr 105, 87-100 Toruń, Polska, NIP 5291833798, REGON 388000491, e-mail checkbusiness.pl@gmail.com.
You upload a spreadsheet, choose the columns, set the thresholds and receive a report: a matrix, a ranked list of recommendations and a table you can export.
The calculation happens in your browser. We do not receive your file, cannot recover it for you, and cannot see the results. This is a technical property of the Service, not a promise we could quietly change.
Without a purchase the Service works in demo mode. The engine reads and processes the whole file, and only the output is limited:
Summary figures, the class matrix and the number of processed rows are calculated and shown across all the data in the file, so demo mode shows how the tool behaves on your own data.
We do our best to keep the Service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation; maintenance, provider failures and force majeure happen.
You need an account to buy Access. You can register with an e-mail address and a password, or sign in with Google.
You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for what happens under your account. Register with real, current details — a wrong e-mail address means you will not receive the confirmation link, the password-reset link or the receipt.
We may block an account that is used to break these terms or the law. Where the matter is not urgent we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
Access is sold in two forms, and the exact prices, currency and terms are shown on the payment page before you confirm anything:
Both unlock all four Analyses. Prices include VAT and are the final amount charged. On the payment page a business may enter its tax number, which appears on the invoice. For companies from other EU countries with an EU VAT number no VAT is charged, but the amount payable stays the same. The invoice and the payment receipt are issued by the payment provider.
Access is digital and starts immediately after the payment is confirmed — there is nothing to ship.
Cancelling the subscription takes one click in your account. Cancellation stops the next charge; Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not shortened. The one-off package cannot be cancelled — there is no renewal to stop; it ends by itself after 7 days.
If a renewal payment fails, Access ends at the end of the paid period.
Because the Service is delivered immediately, we do not ask you to waive anything by ticking a box. Instead we give a plain rule that is at least as good as the statutory right of withdrawal:
You do not have to explain why, and we do not check whether you used the Service — as explained above, we cannot know that. Request a refund in your account or by writing to checkbusiness.pl@gmail.com; Access ends immediately when the refund is issued.
After the window closes there is no refund. A subscription can still be cancelled in the ordinary way, and Access then runs to the end of the paid period.
To keep the rule from being farmed, one automatic refund per person is allowed. If you have had one before, write to us and we will look at your case by hand.
Write to checkbusiness.pl@gmail.com or use the contact form on the site, describing what happened and what you expect. We answer as quickly as we can and, for consumers, no later than the period Polish law provides for a reply.
Please note the form is a channel for reaching a person, not an automated ticket system: your message is stored and e-mailed to us, and you will not receive an automatic acknowledgement.
The Service, its interface, texts and the analysis engine belong to us and are protected by copyright. You get the right to use the Service, not a licence to copy, decompile, resell or embed it elsewhere.
Your data stays yours: the spreadsheet, the results and the exported report are your property, and — since they never reach us — we could not claim otherwise.
Do not attempt to break the Service, bypass the access checks, scrape it in bulk, resell Access, or use it against the law. Do not use the contact form for spam or for content you have no right to send.
The Analyses and the recommendations are the output of statistical methods applied to numbers you provided. They are not financial, accounting, audit, tax or legal advice, and they take no account of your circumstances beyond that spreadsheet.
Decisions about your inventory, prices or contracts remain yours. Where the stakes are high, check the numbers and consult a specialist.
We are liable for damage we cause culpably, on the terms Polish law provides. We are not liable for decisions you make based on the results, for the accuracy of the data you enter, or for losses caused by circumstances outside our control.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you.
These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are heard by the courts competent for the seller's seat; if you are a consumer, by the court your place of residence gives you the right to.
These terms exist in Polish, English, Russian, German, Spanish, French and Italian. The versions are meant to say the same thing, but if they differ, the Polish version prevails.
We may change these terms — for example when a new payment option appears. The date of the current version is at the top of the page. Registered users are told about material changes before they take effect; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them, and if you do not, you can cancel and stop.
